Vehicles Covered: Alaska Lemon Law covers all
land vehicles having four or more wheels, that is self-propelled
by a motor, is normally used for personal, family, or household
purposes, and is required to be registered. It does not cover
tractors, farm vehicles, or any other vehicle that is designed
primarily for off-road use.
Repair Intervals: To qualify as a lemon, the car must have undergone 3 repair attempts or should have been out of service for 30 calendar days.
Coverage Period: Under Alaska Lemon Law, a car can qualify as a lemon only if it is under the warranty or is less that a year old.
