Arizona Lemon Law covers all the self-propelled vehicle designated mainly for the transportation of persons and/or property over the public highways. It should be noted that only the chassis portion of a motor home is covered under the law.
Repair Intervals: To qualify as a lemon, the car must have undergone 4 repair attempts or should have been out of service for 30 calendar days.
Coverage Period: Under Arizona Lemon Law, a car will not qualify as a lemon if it is out of warranty or is more that two years old or has covered more than 24,000 miles.
