Vehicles Covered:
A self-propelled private passenger vehicle, including pickup trucks and vans, designed primarily for travel on the public highways and used to carry not more than 10 persons is covered under the Colorado Lemon law. Those excluded from the cover are motor homes and motorcycles.
Repair Intervals:
A car will qualify as a lemon only if it has undergone a minimum of 4 repair attempts or has been out of service for 30 business days.
Coverage Period: A vehicle can qualify as a lemon under the Colorado Lemon Law only if it is under the warranty and is not more than 1 year old.
