Delaware Lemon Law covers all the passenger motor vehicles. Those not covered under the law are motor homes (other than the chassis) and motorcycles.
Repair Intervals:
A car will qualify as a lemon only if it has undergone a minimum of 4 repair attempts or has been out of service for 30 business days.
Coverage Period: A vehicle can qualify as a lemon only if it is less than 1 year old or is under warranty.
