Vehicles Covered: Idaho Lemon Law covers all new motor vehicle used for personal business use or personal, family or household purposes. Those excluded from the list are motorcycles, farm tractors, trailers or any motor vehicle with a gross laden weight over 12,000 pounds.

Repair Intervals: Vehicles that have undergone 4 repair attempts or have been out of service for 30 business days can qualify as a lemon.

Coverage Period: A vehicle can qualify as a lemon only if it is less than 2 years old, is still under warranty and has covered less that 24,000 miles.
