Vehicles Covered:
All vehicles except conversion vans, motor homes, mopeds, motorcycles, farm machinery and vehicles with more than 2 axles can qualify to be a lemon under the Kentucky Lemon Law.
Repair Intervals:
If a vehicle has undergone 4 repair attempts or has been out of service for 30 days, then it can qualify as a lemon under the Kentucky Lemon Law.
Coverage Period: A vehicle which is less than 1 year old or has covered less than 12,000 miles, is eligible to be called a lemon under Kentucky Lemon Law
