Vehicles Covered: Mississippi Lemon Law covers those vehicles used primarily for personal, family or household purposes. Motor home chassis is also included in this list. However, off-road vehicles, mopeds and motorcycles do not come under the cover.
Repair Intervals: Under Mississippi Lemon Law, a vehicle can qualify as a lemon if it has undergone 3 repair attempt or has been out of service for 15 business days.
Coverage Period: A vehicle can qualify as a lemon only if it it still under warranty or is less than a year old.
