Vehicles Covered: A new motor vehicle, primarily used for personal, family, or household purposes is covered under the Missouri Lemon Law. Those not included in the list are commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, mopeds, motorcycles or recreational vehicles.
Repair Intervals: Under Missouri Lemon Law, a vehicle can qualify as a lemon if it has undergone 4 repair attempt or has been out of service for 30 business days.
Coverage Period: A vehicle can qualify as a lemon only if it it still under warranty or is less than a year old.
