Repair Intervals: Under New York Lemon Law, a vehicle can qualify as a lemon if it has undergone 4 repair attempt or has been out of service for 30 calendar days.

Coverage Period: To get cover under New York Lemon Law, the vehicle needs to be or less than 2 years old or should have covered less than 18,000 miles.
