Repair Intervals: Under Ohio Lemon Law, a vehicle
can qualify as a lemon if it has undergone 3 repair attempts or
8 repair attempts for different problems or 1 attempt to repair
condition likely to cause death or serious bodily injury or has
been out of service for 30 calendar days.
Coverage Period: To get cover under Ohio Lemon Law, the vehicle needs to be less than a year old or should should have covered less than 18,000 miles.
